Welcome to Spark AI Academy ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website at sparkaiacademy.net and all related online courses, materials, and services.

By accessing or using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

These Terms apply to all visitors, students, parents/guardians acting on behalf of minor students, and any other users of the platform.

Our courses are open to students of all age groups (categorized on the platform). To enroll, you must:

• Provide accurate and truthful registration information.
• Have parental or guardian consent if you are under 18 years of age.
• Have reliable internet access and a compatible device.
• Not have been previously suspended or banned from our platform.

We reserve the right to decline registration or revoke access if eligibility requirements are not met.

All content on this platform — including but not limited to course videos, slides, code exercises, quizzes, graphics, logos, and text — is the exclusive intellectual property of Spark AI Academy and/or its licensed instructors, and is protected under applicable Egyptian and international copyright law.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and view course materials for your own private learning purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Download, copy, or distribute any course material externally.
• Share login credentials or screen-record sessions for re-distribution.
• Use any content commercially or as the basis for a competing product.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract any underlying software or data.

You agree not to engage in any of the following while using our platform:

• Uploading, sharing, or transmitting any content that is harmful, abusive, offensive, or illegal.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or other users' accounts.
• Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access, extract, or interact with our platform.
• Impersonating Spark AI Academy staff, instructors, or other students.
• Submitting false or misleading information during registration or payments.
• Using the platform for any purpose that violates Egyptian law or applicable international regulations.
• Engaging in harassment, bullying, or inappropriate conduct in any live sessions or community spaces.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access without a refund.

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to:

• Keep your password private and not share it with anyone.
• Notify us immediately at support@sparkaiacademy.net if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

Each subscription is for a single user. Sharing accounts across multiple people is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

"Your Content" refers to any projects, code submissions, comments, or other material you submit or upload to the platform.

By submitting content, you grant Spark AI Academy a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your work within the platform (e.g., in student showcases) for educational and promotional purposes. You retain full ownership of your work.

Your Content must not:

• Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.
• Contain harmful, offensive, or illegal material.
• Include personal data of others without their explicit consent.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines at any time without prior notice.

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.

We collect data such as your name, email address, age group, and platform usage activity solely for the purpose of delivering and improving our educational services. Specifically:

• Your data is never sold to third parties.
• We only share data with trusted service providers (e.g., payment processors) under strict confidentiality agreements.
• We may disclose data when legally required by Egyptian authorities.
• For students under 13, we only collect data with verified parental consent.

All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

Refund Schedule by Plan

Starter	3 Months	Refund available any time. 10% admin fee + cost of completed sessions deducted.
Pro	6 Months	Refund available any time. 10% admin fee + cost of completed sessions deducted.
Elite	12 Months	Refund available any time. Only cost of completed sessions deducted — no admin fee.

All approved refunds will be returned via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Spark AI Academy provides its platform and content on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for high-quality, uninterrupted service, we make no express or implied warranty that:

• The platform will always be available, error-free, or free from viruses.
• Course content will be suitable for any specific purpose beyond general AI and coding education.
• Results or outcomes (such as career placements or certifications) are guaranteed.

We continuously work to improve our platform and will notify users of any significant planned downtime in advance.

To the maximum extent permitted under Egyptian law, Spark AI Academy and its team members shall not be held liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.
• Loss of data, learning progress, or course access due to technical failures beyond our control.
• Actions taken by third-party service providers integrated into our platform.

Our total liability in any matter related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your active subscription in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the effective date at the top of this page.
• Send a notification to your registered email address at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
• Display a prominent notice on the platform dashboard.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any changes, you may cancel your subscription and request a refund per Section 8.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including but not limited to:

• Egyptian Civil Code (Law No. 131 of 1948)
• Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 181 of 2018)
• Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020)
• Egyptian Intellectual Property Law (Law No. 82 of 2002)

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt.

We encourage users to reach out to us directly first — we are committed to resolving concerns fairly and promptly before any formal proceedings.
